Warm Homes: Local Grant

1 in 10 Londoners are having to choose between buying food or heating their home, all while living in drafty and uncomfortable homes that impact health and lower quality of life. Based on your home’s needs, through Warm Homes: LocalGrant you can receive a range of free home energy improvements that can help you:

• Feel more comfortable in your home year-round
• Save money on your bills
• Lower carbon emissions

Come along to this drop-in session to find out what energy saving improvements you could make on your home with the Warm Homes: Local Grant. This might include:

• Insulation
• Draught proofing
• Storage heaters
• UPVC double glazing
• Air source heat pumps
• Solar PV and batteries

Eligibility criteria:

• You own your home or rent privately
• Your household’s savings are under
• £25,000
• Your home has an EPC rating of D-G*

Plus one of the following criteria:

• You live in an eligible postcode**
• Your annual household income is below £36,000
• Your household income is over £36,000, but you have evidence of high housing costs. Eligibility depends on your household size.
