What happens immediately after I select a plan?
Once you select a plan, you'll provide your event details through a simple form. After payment, our team reviews and optimizes your listing. You will receive a confirmation email with your live event link within 24 working hours.
Can I edit my event after it's published?
Yes! After your event goes live, you will receive an organizer dashboard link. From there, you can update your event description, change your banner image, or update your ticket links at any time.
Do you handle ticket sales?
StayHappening is a discovery platform. We drive traffic directly to your preferred ticketing page (Eventbrite, AllEvents, your own website, etc.). We don't charge any commission on your ticket sales.
What is your refund policy?
As our promotional services (SEO optimization, technical schema markup, and network syndication) begin immediately upon submission, we do not offer refunds once a plan is purchased.
