An Honours graduation recital exploring the Classical and Irish traditional music, punctuated by Irish poetry. Hosted by Jhana Lausevic
This recital is focused on my love for nature and the way it is closely connected to how I experience music and poetry. Throughout this program you will experience each of these art forms and how they blend together in my artistic practice. The Gaelic poems presented outline the changes of the four seasons and follows birds as they experience them. This recital explores the themes of endurance, comfort, and splendour of nature through Gaelic poetry and classical and traditional Irish musical techniques.
