As part of the Women and the World International Film Festival 2026, join us for an afternoon of workshops, industry discussions and networking, exploring the creative and evolving landscape of film.
Bringing together filmmakers, industry professionals and emerging talent, the programme will offer opportunities to share knowledge, exchange perspectives and explore some of the opportunities and challenges facing the sector today.
What to Expect
Canon Workshop: Cinematography & Creative Practice
A session dedicated to cinematography and visual storytelling, with a focus on creative approaches to filmmaking.
AI in Film — Industry Panel
A discussion examining the growing role of artificial intelligence in filmmaking and what emerging technologies could mean for the industry's future.
The Oscars — Industry Panel
A conversation exploring the Academy Awards and their place within the wider film industry.
Industry Networking
An opportunity to meet fellow filmmakers, producers, actors and creative professionals, share experiences and make new connections.
