About this Event
This is a 2-part course designed for organisations new to managing community buildings or assets, or those new to the role of managing community buildings.
N.B These are stand alone sessions which cover different topics so you can attend one or both and still gain knowledge relevant to your role.
It will take you through the essentials, and best practice, for everything that needs to be in place to safely and efficiently run a community building, including:
- Health and Safety compliance
- Venue hire processes and policies
- Risk assessments for facilities and facilities management
- Effective systems and processes for recording and managing compliance and maintenance
As with all of our courses, this has specifically been designed for non-profit organisations in Lambeth and is completely free, with support available following the course if needed to ensure all learning can be put into practice effectively for your organisation.
