Info: Fleet electrification doesn’t have to begin with the question “When can we replace the whole fleet?” A better starting point is: “Which routes could transition today?”

This interactive BriteLab brings together AllChiefs and Pathfinder to explore how real transport data can be used to identify, prioritise and build a practical roadmap for electrification. Pathfinder combines factors including route characteristics, charging availability, operational constraints and cost to assess where battery-electric trucks can work operationally and commercially.

The session will explore how fleet operators can move from a broad ambition to electrify towards a phased, evidence-led transition plan — identifying viable routes now, understanding what is preventing others from transitioning, and determining what needs to change to make the next wave possible.

Because the transition doesn’t need to happen everywhere at once. Start where the data says it can work, prove the case, and build from there.

Info: As expectations around logistics emissions reporting continue to evolve, GLEC and ISO 14083 are becoming increasingly important in how businesses calculate, report and compare transport emissions.

Info: Electrifying an HGV fleet is not as simple as replacing a diesel truck with an electric one. The vehicle is only one part of a much bigger commercial and operational decision.

This interactive BriteLab will get under the bonnet of FSEW’s electrification journey, exploring the real-world considerations behind implementation — from identifying viable operations and securing government grant support to developing site charging infrastructure and building the business case around Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

Info: Not every logistics operation can electrify today. Mass balance offers an opportunity to start introducing lower-carbon measures now, while longer-term technologies and infrastructure continue to develop.

This interactive BriteLab will explore how mass balance works in practice, including the role of Zemo Partnership’s Renewable Fuels Assurance Scheme (RFAS) and how robust chain-of-custody approaches can support the traceability and credibility of renewable fuels moving through the value chain.

We’ll explore what can be claimed, what evidence sits behind those claims and how businesses can use mass balance responsibly as part of a wider logistics decarbonisation strategy.
