Looking to hit pause? Join us for a one-day retreat designed especially for midlife women.
This in-person event on Saturday, November 7th at the New Edinburgh Fieldhouse is all about taking a breather to reconnect with yourself, recharge your energy, and release what’s holding you back. Expect a warm, welcoming space where you can unwind, reflect, and refresh your spirit.
We have designed the day we all need, especially for tired midlife women who need an immediate physical and mental reset that lasts, with tools to take home with you.
The day will consist of a series of nervous system regulation activities, including a rejuventating yoga practice, tension release exercise session, creative art practice and a hynosis session. PLUS good food, drink and community.
No long travel required, and no massive time commitment. Just one day dedicated entirely to you, in the heart of the city.
Spaces are limited to keep our sessions intimate and impactful. Lock in your early bird pricing until October 12th and save $60 per ticket.
