About this Event
Last year, we went Behind the Mask of Masculinity.
We explored what lies underneath the expectations, identities, pressures and experiences that shape how we show up as men.
This year, we're taking the next step.
BAND OF BROTHERS.
What happens when we stop trying to carry everything alone?
What happens when we create spaces where brothers can be vulnerable, build meaningful relationships, share resources, support one another and grow together?
WHAT TO EXPECT
Real Conversations
Honest conversations about masculinity, mental health, relationships, vulnerability and what it means to show up for ourselves and each other.
Brotherhood & Connection

Hip Hop & Culture

Purpose & Legacy
Reflect on what we're building, who we're becoming and how we can contribute to something bigger than ourselves.
FROM THE MASK TO THE CIRCLE
Last year's summit asked:
"What's underneath the mask?"
This year's summit asks:
"Now that we've seen each other, how do we show up for each other?"
MADMAN: Band as Brothers is about moving from individual reflection to collective connection.
Because vulnerability isn't weakness.
Asking for help isn't failure.
Supporting another brother isn't a burden.
And success doesn't have to be a solo journey.
We don't have to do this alone.
WHO IS MADMAN FOR?
MADMAN Summit is designed primarily for Black men and boys, including:
- Youth and emerging adults
- Creatives and artists
- Entrepreneurs and professionals
- Fathers and mentors
- Community leaders
- Mental health and social service workers
- Anyone interested in building healthier relationships and stronger communities
The summit will create opportunities for intergenerational connection, knowledge sharing and community building.
COME READY TO...

BUILD connections that can continue beyond the summit.

THE JOURNEY CONTINUES.
