Join Niamh from Mourne Magic for a Cacao and Sound Ceremony. Niamh is an actor and healer from Castlewellan and she will guide you through a deeply meditative and restorative sound journey. We will open with a cacao ceremony to open the heart connect to the earth and awaken our insight then you will be guided into meditation through voice and sounds from crystal bowls drums and other energy clearing instruments.
