About this Event
Leave with more than good ideas. Leave knowing what you'll do differently.
Since 2019, ABM Round Tables have brought bureau leaders together for honest, valuable conversations. This November, we're taking them further.
You'll still meet fellow bureau professionals, compare experiences and discuss what's changing across the industry. The biggest change comes in the afternoon: a practical workshop on a real bureau challenge. You'll look at how it affects your own firm, work through it in a small group and test your thinking with people who understand the realities of running a bureau.
This November's topic: From New Client to Trusted Partner: Getting Payroll Onboarding Right
The sale is only the start. We'll focus on what happens next: when new details emerge, when expectations need clarifying and when the foundations of the working relationship are set.
How the day works
Morning: connect, compare and share successes others can learn from.
Afternoon: a practical workshop in small groups.
Close: identify your clear next step and how you'll take it.
Six weeks later: an online follow-up to share what you tried, what worked and what you learned.
We are delighted that People’s Pension will also be joining us for a dedicated one-hour curated session during the day.
