ABOUT FRIDAY NIGHT LIVE
Friday Night Live, previously Nerve Night, takes place regularly at VOYO Space. An intimate salon capped at 30 guests, where learning and connection happen in the same breath. The evenings are informal and intentional, social and focused. Lively in the way that good conversation always is.
Nerve Strategic leads the experience. An ensemble of working actors, directors, and writers who bring the craft of performance into the world of leadership and communication. For more than ten years, they have helped leaders understand who they are, what they stand for, and how that clarity shapes the way they speak, lead, and connect.
THE QUESTION
You walk into a room filled with human wants and needs. Before you have said a word, the game has already started.
Who has the power?
Who is trying to impress whom?
Who is making themselves smaller?
Who is taking up too much space?
Who gets listened to, and who gets ignored?
We like to think credentials, expertise, and impressive new ideas drive our professional lives. Underneath it all, we are constantly playing a much older game.
Status.
The most interesting thing about it is that most of us are playing without knowing we are playing. It is embedded in every minute detail of our social interactions.
On October 9, we bring that game to the table.
A Game of Status is a human performance card game designed to explore the invisible status transactions happening around us every day: at work, at networking events, in meetings, and in our family relationships.
You will get to play with it.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
- Recognize the status dynamics happening in a room.
- Understand how you are signalling status, intentionally or otherwise.
- Read the room and respond strategically.
- Use status to build connection, command attention, and get buy-in.
This is a participatory evening. You will be playing rather than watching.
IS THIS FOR YOU?
- Leaders & executives: You set the status of every room you enter, whether or not you meant to.
- Middle managers: Authority above you, expertise below you, and the hardest seat at the table.
- Founders & entrepreneurs: Pitching, fundraising, hiring. Every one of them is a status negotiation.

Doors open before 6:00 PM. Guests are welcome to arrive early and explore VOYO Space's curated selection of fashion and lifestyle goods before the evening begins.

TICKETS
General Admission: $50. One seat, one night. Thirty seats only.
Season Passes
Eight nights remain this season, and a Season Pass lets you choose which ones, plus bring free guests every time you come.
- 6-Night Pass — $240 ($40/night, 20% off). Any six nights, plus two free guests each time. A $900 value.
- 3-Night Pass — $135 ($45/night, 10% off). Any three nights, plus a free guest each time. A $300 value.
Every Pass is transferable, includes tonight, and lets you choose your dates as each theme is revealed. Select your Pass at checkout.
Pass holders receive a personalized invitation code shortly after purchase. Your guests use that code to register their free places on any night you are attending.

Themes are revealed one at a time. Each night's topic is announced live at the close of the evening before, so the dates are yours to hold now and the subject arrives as a surprise.
