About this Event
Bring the clothes you've stopped wearing and swap them for pieces you'll actually love. This is an evening for women to refresh their wardrobes, eat, chat and leave with a bag of new-to-you finds, all in a friendly private home in East London.
How it works
Everything gets laid out on rails and tables so you can see what's there. Try on whatever catches your eye. If it doesn't fit or isn't quite you, pop it back for someone else. No money changes hands on the night. People often bring pieces bought in the wrong size, so every size turns up and every size is welcome.
What to bring
Women's clothing and accessories you no longer wear: tops, dresses, trousers, shoes, bags, scarves, jewellery. Please make sure everything is clean and in good, wearable condition.
The evening
Arrive, hang your things up and grab a drink and something to eat. Once everyone's in, the swap begins. It feels a bit like shopping an endless wardrobe. Afterwards there's time to relax, chat and pack up your finds. Finger food and drinks are included in your ticket.
Good to know
Women only.
Please arrive on time, as we start the swap once everyone's settled and won't hold it back for late arrivals.
Leftover items are donated to charity.
Where
A private home in E14 6BH, about 6 minutes' walk from Langdon Park DLR. The full address is sent to paid, confirmed guests before the event.
Tickets are £15.
