About this Event
Kundalini yoga followed by an intimate talk that reframes menopause as a whole‑system transition into greater vitality and wisdom. The session combines movement, mantra, breathwork and meditation to balance hormones and build emotional resilience. You’ll leave with a new understanding of menopause as a time of renewal rather than decline and Jacqueline will share her personal process of going from perimenopausal at 34, to twenty years of beautifully balanced hormones!
The Evening's Agenda:
17:00 - 18:00 - Kundalini Yoga Class (women only)
18:00 - 19:00 - Talk and discussion
Although spaces for the Kundalini Yoga Class are limited, one can still join the talk from 18.00.

About The Bridge
For 94 years The Bridge has been a welcoming space where women come together to prioritise health and wellbeing, support one another through life’s stages and challenge what holds them back. Based in the heart of Southwark, we run a rich programme of fitness, wellbeing and community activities designed for women.
Our women only gym and studio offer a wide range of equipment and classes, from pilates to strength training and targeted hormonal health sessions, all led by skilled, compassionate instructors who put strength, balance and confidence first. Our specialist progjects range from a diverse menopause programme, monthly supper clubs, creative health activities and our Friday mums programme to name just a few.
We offer versatile spaces for partnerships, projects and hire, including meeting rooms, our multi use studio, a warm cafe environment that can be configured for semiprivate or fully private meetings, birthday parties, dinners, gigs, Christmas parties and more, plus a garden and a kitchen. Everything you need to run workshops, launches, team days, clinics or supper events.
The Bridge continues to grow as a space where women can show up as you are, connect with others and discover what becomes possible when women have space to belong.
How to contribute
At The Bridge, we’re all about working together and building meaningful partnerships with the women in our community. We believe that everyone has something valuable to offer, and that means everyone has a role in shaping our work-because The Bridge belongs to all of us. We celebrate each person’s unique strengths and contributions, creating opportunities for everyone to get involved in a way that feels right for them.
Whether you give your time, skills, or financial support, every contribution means we’re working together to make The Bridge the space we want it to be.
