About this Event
Womb Create is a class for women who are ready to reconnect with their bodies, their desires, and their creativity through somatic practice.
We gather just before the new moon in Scorpio with the whispers of what this cycle is inviting you to release upon us. Through various somatic practices centered around the womb - our cauldon of creativity - to discover what is ready to shift that will allow fresh ideas come into awareness. Come ready to explore what’s rising in your body and move it, voice it, and create with it, within community of other women.
What we’ll do
In this gathering, we’ll explore a variety of somatic and contemplative practices together. Activities include:
- Harnessing Womb Energy
- Nervous System Regulation
- Womb Listening
- Sharing and Witnessing
Why gather
So much of this inner work happens in isolation. Here, you don’t have to do it alone. Womb Create is a place to come together as women, practice side by side, and build real community around the work of coming home to your body.
