We’re buzzed to welcome you to our 4th Annual Death over Drafts, held the evening before the End Well Symposium! Whether you’re attending the symposium or are an LA-based end-of-life professional or volunteer, join us for meaningful conversations, community, and connection in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

What to Expect
- Free event — all are welcome!
- Hosted light bites and your first drink, courtesy of our Death over Drafts Cheers Sponsors-Check out great group below!!!!
- Be welcomed and meet end-of-life professionals, volunteers, and organizations and learn more about their work.
- Around 7 PM, gather for brief introductions and shares from our Cheers Sponsors.
- Special raffles featuring end-of-life gifts and goodies.
- Opportunity to play The Death Deck, a lively game that makes talking about death easier and more fun.
- Time for reflection, connection, and a simple shared ritual.
We’ll gather outdoors with heat lamps. Beer isn’t your thing? No worries — come for the conversation and community!

A Little About Death over Drafts
Founded in Los Angeles by Stefanie Elkins of Be Present Care, Death over Drafts launched during the Let’s Reimagine Festival in 2019. Since then, gatherings have been hosted at breweries and pubs across the United States and Canada.
Our vision is to build a global network of Death over Drafts Crafters (Hosts) who are passionate about fostering meaningful end-of-life conversations in their communities.
