About this Event
The TownSq Enterprise Network (TEN) is a new monthly networking event created to connect Kingston's thriving business community. Whether you're running an established business, launching a startup, freelancing, or simply looking to expand your professional network, TEN is designed to help you build valuable relationships and grow alongside other local professionals.
THIS MONTH:
Luke Barry is the founder of How Ya Doing, a practitioner-led talent network for payments and fintech, and How Ya Paying, a payments consultancy.
He's also Director of Business Development EMEA at RouteSense. Before founding, he spent 15 years in payments at Citi, Trustly and Lloyds, leading commercialisation, Go-To-Market and enterprise sales across Europe, middle East and Africa.
He also lectured on banking and payments at the London Institute of Banking & Finance, and started his career as a hairdresser.
Most founders don't have a lead problem, they have a systems problem. Luke shares how he rebuilt his own sales and CRM setup from scratch, using automation and AI to clean up the pipeline, surface warm opportunities already sitting in the data, and turn outreach into a repeatable engine. Practical, no fluff, and built for small teams.
Each month we'll bring together entrepreneurs, founders, freelancers and business owners to:
- Build local connections
- Share ideas, experiences and opportunities
- Collaborate on common business challenges
- Discuss practical ways to improve both business performance and personal wellbeing
- Learn from one another in a friendly, welcoming environment
- Complimentary coffee and tea
