This practical and engaging workshop introduces participants to personality profiling and shows how understanding different personality types can transform the way you work with people, lead teams and build relationships at work.
Across four interactive hours, delegates will learn how to recognise the traits of others and gain simple, effective tools for adapting their communication style to get better working relationships.
Expect plenty of insights, real-world examples and techniques for making teamwork smoother and conversations more productive.
