The Challenge of a New CRM: Pros and Cons for Your Colleagues

This session is a space to share, and learn from, the experiences of non-profit peers in how CRM migrations impact and enable teams. We expect to hear the joy and the pain!

Join us in-person to discuss the challenging, empowering, and ever-present topic of CRM implementations for charities and non-profits. We will be exploring the "people" side of moving CRM systems with a panel discussion and Q&A - we very much encourage you to bring your own questions and experiences to share (agenda below).
