Celebrate Halloween by trick-or-treating in Downtown DeKalb for the 29th annual Spooktacular! Invite your friends and family to put on their costumes and trick-or-treat at Downtown DeKalb businesses on Tuesday, October 28th, from 4-6pm. Free to attend!After trick-or-treating, head over to the Egyptian Theatre for a free showing of the movie Monster House sponsored by There's Fun in Store. No ticket required!
For the safety of everyone, Spooktacular will cover businesses from Locust Street to the railroad tracks and 1st Street to 4th Street.
