Step into an hour of pure relaxation in the heart of Lincoln Park. Sound Bath Live brings you a live sound meditation experience featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, buffalo drum, and classical guitar — woven into a live musical journey unlike anything you've heard.
I studied Sound Healing at the Ahimsa School of Sound Healing in Chicago and follow the methods of the Atma Buti School of Sound Healing from Boulder, Colorado. Whether you're a seasoned meditator or totally new to sound healing — this one's for you.
What to expect:
- 60 minutes of live sound meditation
- Crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums & classical guitar
- FREE premium eye masks (yours to keep!)
- All ages welcome | Free parking available
- Doors open at 12:45 PM

- Yoga mat are available, or you can bring your own.
- Feel free to bring a pillow or blanket
