Body doubling + parallel play
Bring whatever your brain needs that day.
Maybe it’s the email you’ve been avoiding, the application you keep meaning to finish, homework, budgeting, paperwork, laundry, meal planning, or the calendar you desperately need to update.
Maybe you want to crochet, draw, journal, scrapbook, color, read, do a puzzle, or work on your latest hyperfixation.
Maybe you just need to put your headphones on and exist around other people while you do your own thing.
Parallel Orbit is a neurodivergent-affirming afternoon of body doubling, parallel play, and collective executive functioning. We’ll have focused work periods, breaks, mocktails, and different spaces depending on what kind of energy you need.
🪐 Focus Orbit: admin, laptops, studying, planning, getting sh*t done
🎨 Play Orbit: crafts, hobbies, coloring, puzzles, making things
💬 Social Orbit: lower-focus tasks, chatting, and co-existing
No need to be productive in any particular way. Come do the thing, make the thing, organize the thing, read the thing, or simply borrow a little momentum from being around other brains doing their own thing.
