An Evening of Gasoline-Drenched Southern Rock and Art-Driven Healing. Rhythm, resilience, and the raw power of Southern rock are coming together for a cause that hits home. On Sunday, November 15, 2026, the Veterans Art Center Tampa Bay (VACTB) invites the community to the legendary Dallas Bull for a high-octane fundraising event featuring a headline performance by Tampa’s own Billboard-charting sensations, Soul Circus Cowboys.
For over a decade, VACTB has been a sanctuary for military members, veterans, and first responders, providing alternative therapies through the arts to combat the invisible wounds of service. This November, the mission moves from the gallery to the stage, raising vital funds to expand mental health programs, suicide prevention initiatives, and creative workshops that save lives.
"Art isn't just a hobby for our veterans; it’s a lifeline," says veteran Tanya O’Brien of the Veterans Art Center Tampa Bay. "Bringing the Soul Circus Cowboys into the mix at a venue as iconic as the Dallas Bull allows us to celebrate that spirit of survival with the community. When Billy McKnight and the band play 'I Stand,' it’s not just a song—it’s an anthem for every man and woman we serve."
The Event Experience The Dallas Bull, known as the premiere destination for country music in the Southeast, will host an evening designed to honor those who have served. Attendees can expect:
