About this Event
Thinking about buying a home but not sure where to start?
The Homebuying Tea is designed to make the homebuying process feel less overwhelming and more approachable. Whether you are a first-time buyer, preparing to purchase again, or simply trying to understand what it takes to become a homeowner, this session will give you practical information to help you move forward with confidence.
During this session, we will cover:
• The homebuying process from start to finish
• Common mistakes buyers should avoid
• How to understand how much home you can realistically afford
• What happens during mortgage pre-approval
• Important steps to take before you begin touring homes
You will also have an opportunity to ask questions and get a clearer understanding of what you should be doing now to prepare for homeownership.
