About this Event
Soft Girl Sundays is a soulful wellness experience centered on rest and restoration. Through yoga, sound baths, meditation, journaling, and movement, each gathering invites you to slow down, reconnect, and care for yourself with ease.
Each month centers a different theme you can connect to. Some Sundays invite movement and joy, others laughter or deep rest. No two gatherings are the same, but each one is grounded in intention, softness, and presence.
This is a space to soften, be present, and tend to yourself without expectation or pressure.
February theme: Love
