A Journey to Your Inner Healer
Drawing on the ancestral wisdom, ceremonial practices, and sacred healing traditions shared with her by the Shaman Elders of South America, coupled with extensive experience in Shamanic Journeying across Mexico, Peru, and Chile, Ihina D invites you to explore your inner world in this immersive healing workshop.
You will:
* Explore Shamanic States through meditation, breathwork and intention.
* Experience Shamanic Journeying, learn about connecting with an animal guide, and practice setting, clearing and maintaining sacred space.
*Explore the use of Shamanic sounds and instruments for healing, balancing and energy clearing, and learn ways in which to integrate Shamanic practices into daily life.
