**About this event**--------------------
#### 🌿 **ROOTS & REMEDIES**
### **Part of The Soul Cipher Series**
### **Hosted by Maya & Kita**
Before wellness became an industry, our families were already practicing it.
They made teas for colds, prepared meals that nourished generations, shared wisdom around kitchen tables, and created healing practices rooted in culture, community, faith, nature, and survival.
**Roots & Remedies** is an intentional evening of reflection, storytelling, cultural knowledge-sharing, and community connection. Together, we will explore the lessons and traditions passed down by mothers, grandmothers, aunties, chosen elders, and other important people in our lives.
Guests are invited to share family remedies, meaningful recipes, personal stories, and lessons that have shaped how they understand healing and care.
As part of **The Soul Cipher Series**, this gathering creates space to honor where we come from while considering what knowledge and traditions we want to carry forward.
