About this Event
As the weather gets cooler and the leaves begin to change, we start to move into a new seasonal cycle and get ready for the colder months ahead. Join TRCA, for an exploration of family-friendly activities about local nature and how learning experiences in nature can support and improve mental health.
TRCA educators will share strategies to help social service agency staff investigate local biodiversity through hands on activities and games. TRCA educators will also introduce practical resources to help individuals focus on improving their mental heath through meaningful experiences in local greenspaces.
