Grief During the Holidays

The holidays can be especially difficult when you are grieving the loss of someone you love.Join us for a special workshop designed to help you honor your grief, care for yourself during the holiday season, and find meaningful ways to carry your loved one with you.Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you are welcome. There is no timeline for grief.

During this workshop, you will:

• Learn practical coping skills and identify helpful resources
• Explore ways to strengthen resilience
• Make a plan for navigating the holidays with greater care and intention
• Discover meaningful ways to remember and honor your loved one
