Taking over Wave&See Creative Sanctuary in Tampa Heights, Gator's Gore Horror Film Festival returns for a night of independent horror, local art, food, drinks, and community on October 23rd, 2026 from 7-11:30 PM.
Gator's Gore is an immersive celebration of all things strange, spooky, and cinematic. Featuring 19 independent horror films from filmmakers near and far, audiences will be invited to step into a world of carnival oddities, chilling stories, and unforgettable characters.
Unlike traditional film festivals that stack screenings back-to-back, Gator's Gore is designed to give audiences room to breathe. Our blocks run for 40 minutes followed by a 15 minute intermission between every block, creating space to grab a drink, explore vendors, talk about the films, and connect with fellow horror fans and filmmakers.
Throughout the night, guests can enjoy local vendors including Tiger Dust Oddities, Apothic Tattoos, Grassroots Kava House, Jack's RA Revival Cookies, Seamaids Creamery, Local Tacos, Popcorn, Cotton Candy, and more.
Whether you're a lifelong horror fan or just looking for a unique night out in Tampa, Gator's Gore offers an experience that goes beyond the screen.
