Swindon Education Trust is hiring the Neeld Community & Arts Centre on Wednesday 4 November for their conference, Fuelling your Future. This conference is for everyone working in primary care; GPs, GP trainees, trainers, health coaches and nurses; it is a full day of guest speakers to inspire primary care practitioners, on what can be achieved with a low carb real food lifestyle.
They will be bringing the science behind metabolic syndrome and demonstrate how most chronic diseases can be prevented or reversed through sustainable lifestyle changes, as well as practical ways on how to apply this in day to day primary care, with opportunity to network with those who already are and expert patients whom will be able to share their stories.
