We'll meet to move, dance, breathe, rest, connect and BE

This 3-hour journey is an invitation to reconnect with your INNER LIGHT that:
- is beautiful in its RADIANCE,
- SHINES brightly and courageously, without dimming
- is MAGNETIC in its truth and authenticity
- gives you COURAGE to be your authentic self
- connects you to your deep knowing, intuition and wisdom, an INNER LIGHT that has been there all this time and is now ready to come forth and shine unapologetically and without compromise.
Through gentle movement, and free-form intuitive dance, we’ll gently explore the energy, wisdom, and ignite the Light which resides inside ready shine.
You don’t need to be a “dancer” — there’s no choreography, no right or wrong way to move. Just you, your breath, your body, and the space to listen.
We'll wind down with a restorative sound bath to help you integrate the experience.
We'll close in a circle and enjoy a drink and lovingly made raw chocolates.
