In this programme – which was specially created for the Cello Biënnale – cellist Benjamin Glorieux, pianist/composer Rembrandt Frerichs, percussionist Vinsent Planjer, and actor/singer Frans van Deursen stretch the boundaries of reality. Wandering through the unique world of the Japanese author Haruki Murakami, they bring a kaleidoscopic concert full of speaking cats, languishing love couples, fish rains, a boy named Crow, and a lonely, yearning cello in search of its other half.Benjamin Glorieux cello, Frans van Deursen vocals, Vinsent Planjer percussion, Rembrandt Frerichs piano
