About this Event
During and after the shock of 9/11, FDNY firefighters and other responders experienced unprecedented change in organizational management and leadership. This book compiles never-before-published author-conducted interviews about how the FDNY firefighters processed change over the past decades, a challenge which continues today. This presentation and book will help readers to see, learn, and apply lessons in crisis management, leading in hard times, and succeeding in organizational change.
The event will take place in Montgomery Auditorium on the Gound Floor.
