Through practices such as movement, music, sound healing, and aromatherapy, Somah invites you to experience something nourishing, accessible, and deeply human.
ABOUT THE STUDIO
Isabella Mesquita is the founder of Somah, a community space for movement, connection, and exploration. Her classes blend yoga, breathwork, mobility, aromatherapy, and somatic practices to support people in feeling more open and connected to themselves. Isabella teaches with warmth, creativity, and compassion, inviting people of all backgrounds to move with curiosity and care. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported and free to explore at their own pace.
