About this Event
Treat yourself and your loved ones this festive season with some fabulous cooking!
Join professional chef and restaurant consultant Tim Greaves for a delicious, hands-on workshop on enjoying exceptional food while making the most of what you have. Drawing on his years in fine dining and sustainable farm-to-table kitchens, Tim shows how fruit peels, veg tops, bread crusts and trimmings can become the best things on the table.
Expect a botanical sip, a silky citrus dessert, rustic bites made from yesterday’s bread, and a chef-worthy vegetable side with a vibrant sauce made from the parts you’d usually bin, all connected by one idea: nothing goes to waste, and every scrap becomes the start of something else. You’ll also learn how to make a flavour-packed seasoning from kitchen leftovers, and even take home a handmade edible gift or two.
Perfect for the festive season: entertain more creatively, economically and sustainably, without compromising on flavour.
Numbers are strictly limited.
