Yummy Yoga is an opportunity to intentionally cultivate the space for deep calm, grounding and nourishment for the body, mind and nervous system. This practice is deeply nourishing and combines gentle movement, restorative yoga poses, breath work, and guided visualization to allow deep rest and renewal.Self massage techniques and simple Qi Gong practices help to bring you into deeper awareness of your body's own natural ability to heal and restore. As you rest, Perry Smith will serenade you with soothing live music to help take you deeper into the relaxation experience. Think of it as a mini-retreat for body, mind and heart that leaves you feeling like you’ve had a massage from the inside out.
