**Yoga x Listening Session: Aphex Twin****Yoga classes planned around a different artist each week, from Nils Frahm to Oneohtrix Point Never. Playlists will be carefully curated to create a thoughtful experience, blending music with meditation, movement, and rest. Taking place in the Rough Trade Bristol venue, entry through the The Listening Bar and Cafe. A member of the Rough Trade team will scan your ticket. Ticket option can include a coffee to enjoy after the yoga.**

Hayley’s teaching style is down-to-earth, calming and grounded. Everything is offered as an invitation rather than an instruction, creating space for curiosity, autonomy and exploration. With options and modifications offered throughout, her classes are designed to feel inclusive. Hayley’s intention is for everyone to feel welcome, supported, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.
