Storytale favourite Colourful Minds is returning for another fabulous story and craft session, this time inspired by the gorgeous and unusual picture book The Cafe at the Edge of the Woods by Bristol author/illustrator Mikey Please, which was the winner of the Waterstones Children’s Book of the Year 2025. Laura will read the book then show children and their grown-ups how to make colourful (and delicious!) cardboard cakes.This event is ideal for children aged 5 and under.
