Agenda

🕑: 03:00 PM - 03:30 PM
Yoga Kawa Signature Series II

Info: Yoga Kawa's Signature Series II is an elevated Vinyasa practice that unites strength, focus, and flow through intentional movement and conscious breath.

It follows a set sequence thoughtfully designed by Yoga Kawa to develop endurance, deepen awareness, and track personal progress over time. As the format becomes familiar, students learn to recognize postures, refine transitions, and move with increasing confidence and grace each week.

This class invites you to connect breath to movement in rhythmic flow, cultivating core strength, stability, and mindful stamina. Each posture is held for several conscious breaths (about three in the 45-minute version, or five in the 60-minute version), giving you time to strengthen, align, and fully settle into each shape.

You'll explore dynamic standing sequences, creative transitions, and occasional arm balances, all supported by intentional cues that emphasize awareness over intensity.

🕑: 03:45 PM - 04:15 PM
Yogalates

Info: Yoga Kawa's Yogalates combines the mindful flow of yoga with the core precision of Pilates for a balanced, full-body experience.

This class strengthens and lengthens simultaneously, improving posture, stability, and muscular endurance while deepening body awareness. Breath and control are at the heart of every movement, drawing you into the deep core muscles that support balance and alignment.

Physically strengthening yet mentally grounding, Yogalates helps release held tension while cultivating focus and confidence. You'll leave class feeling centered, toned, and re-energized: strong in body, quiet in mind.

🕑: 04:30 PM - 05:00 PM
Yoga Foundation for Beginners

Info: Yoga Foundation for Beginners is a welcoming, supportive introduction to yoga designed to help you build confidence, body awareness, and a strong foundation for your practice.

Each class explores essential yoga postures, alignment, breathing, and mindful movement at an approachable pace, with clear guidance and modifications throughout. Expect foundational standing poses, gentle balances, accessible stretches, and simple transitions that help you understand how to move safely and comfortably within your own body.

The slower pace gives you time to observe, explore, and become familiar with the language and structure of a yoga class. Clear cues and thoughtful modifications support you throughout the practice, helping you develop mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength while building the confidence to explore other Yoga Kawa classes.

🕑: 05:15 PM - 05:45 PM
Tension Release Yin

Info: Tension Release Yin is a slow, meditative practice that targets the deeper layers of the body, including fascia, joints, and connective tissue.

Postures are held for extended periods within a softly lit, candlelit space, allowing the body to gradually soften and release areas of stored tension. The stillness of the practice encourages introspection and a deeper connection to the breath, creating space to simply be rather than do.

This class supports flexibility, recovery, and emotional release, offering a quiet place to unwind physically and mentally.

Every session opens with 2 minutes of breathwork and closes with 3 minutes of stillness and the resonant vibration of OM, sealing your practice with centered calm and quiet awareness.
