Yoga Flow at LUMA Hotel

Join us for Yoga Flow on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings at LUMA Hotel. Unwind your mind and reset during each session with impeccable instruction. For 45 minutes you will follow a vinyasa flow while pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone to become stronger through flexibility and breath. All levels welcome.

Please bring your own mat to class and check in with the front desk team to be directed upstairs.
