Yoga Flow at LUMA Hotel

Join us for Yoga Flow on Saturday mornings at LUMA Hotel. Class will begin at 9:30AM where you will unwind your mind and reset for a strong week ahead. For 45 minutes you will follow a vinyasa flow while pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone to become stronger through flexibility and breath. All levels welcome.

Please bring your own mat to class and check in with the front desk team to be directed upstairs.
