Flow & Friends is teaming up with BetterMe, our Official Equipment Partner, Pick Pop and Lit Sports to bring you a first-ever Yacht Pilates & Pickleball experience in Hong Kong, featuring Asia’s first-ever floating pickleball court — combining movement, sunshine, delicious food, refreshing drinks and a full day out on the water.
Start with a 30-minute Pilates flow on deck using BetterMe Mini Pilates Reformers, then take your game to the water with a unique floating pickleball experience by Pick Pop. Spend the rest of the afternoon cruising, soaking up the sunshine and connecting with the Flow & Friends community. ✨
