About this Event
Women of Power is ministry in business cohort cultivated for women who desire to use the ideas, gifts, talents, skills, businesses, resources, and influence that God placed in them to serve others. We believe our approach to the way we abide, build, lead, serve, and sow matters to God, and whether it is a business created to sale a product and/or a service, or a ministry, it is not separate from our faith and Identity in Christ.
The woman who builds with us are women called to steward her life, whether as a wife, future wife, mother, daughter, professional, entrepreneurs, and leaders of their families and servants of God and her gifts, relationships, household, resources, and influence before God, similar to those throughout scripture who demonstrated strength, wisdom, diligence, creativity, stewardship, generosity, courage, leadership, and faith.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to gather and equip women of Christ to abide, build, lead, serve and sow in business and ministry, through faithful stewardship and relationship, for the glory of GOD.
Our Vision
We envision women operating in the fullness of their God-given assignments, who work with their hands, operating businesses, cultivating their talents and mina to build, lead and serve others in business and ministry without compromising who they are in Christ.
About Women of Power
This cohort was created for women to gather across different stages of business, ministry and life and for those who say, “I do not want to build alone, I would rather build with women who have navigated valleys and walk through red seas, and now walk in the wisdom of God, in areas of life where I need support.
The women we desire are not only those who have navigated valleys and walk through red seas, and alive to tell a testimony of what Jesus Christ has done, but also those women who are carrying ideas that are not yet birthed, have a business and in need of direction, tools, resources; those that are in valley seasons or standing at the red seas, and in need of biblical encouragement and community to birthed legacy. If He did it for Moses and the Israelites, he is the same God, that will part the Red Sea for you.
How We Work:
Our approach to ministry and business is to abide and build in Christ Jesus, and as we lead, we serve and sow into the cares of the heart of Christ, for the glory of God. The Women of Power cohort is a 5-day hybrid event, 3 days virtual via Zoom and 2 days in-person in NYC (4 hours each day). During the cohort we will focus on the areas:
Day 1 - Virtual: 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm
We Abide in Christ. We gather and focus on spiritual alignment with God, through his word and prayer, with a focus on our identity in Christ, learning stewardship the Lord's way, brainstorm talents and ideas we have to submit them the Lord for direction, in advance of our next-day gathering.
Day 2 - Virtual: 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm
We Build in Christ. We gather to discuss the direction of God on business/ministry and his will for us. Then, we began researching and planning the business and ministry he revealed. The specific details will be provided closer to the event date.
Day 3 - Virtual: 7:30 pm- 9:30 pm
We Build in Christ. We continue gather building businesses/ministries under the direction of God. The specific details will be provided closer to the event date.
Day 4 - In-Person 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
As We Lead in Christ. We wrap up the business /ministry building, we shift our focus to dedicating the business/ministry to the Jesus Christ. The specific details will be provided closer to the event date.
Day 5 - In-Person 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
How We Serve & Sow. During our day, we will gather to establish the plan of our operations for business/ministry and seek Christ will for places we should sow beyond serving with our hands. The goal is to sow at the foundation, and these may be different depending on the type of business/ministry you are establishing. The specific details will be provided closer to the event date.

Who is the Women of Power cohort for?
This cohort is for you if you are considering starting a business, in the early stages of entrepreneurship, an existing business owner looking to grow, a working professionals considering entrepreneurship, have business idea but unsure where to begin, want to connect with other women who desire to honor God in business by integrating faith into the way they lead and operate, to serve your family, future generations, others and God through the gifts and resources of his blessings.
You do not have to have everything figured out. Women of Power was created to walk with you on your journey but requires your willingness to seek God, learn, grow, and take your next step.
Come as you are. Come ready to seek God. Come ready to learn. Come ready to connect. Come ready to build and move forward.
What do I need to join?
1) A heart to receive, seek Jesus for direction through prayer and the bible and learn.
2) The desire to connect with other women for support, encouragement and build community around your business/ ministry and Jesus.
3) The capacity to attend the 5-day hybrid cohort, uninterrupted with the desire to walk away with a business.
4) A working computer, be a self-starter and the ability to complete homework in advance of the next-day gathering.
5) The ability to attend weekly group meetings with the cohort, where we will discuss challenges encountered, read the word, and seek the Lord on each other’s behalf through prayer.
Can I bring other women or children?
The Women of Power cohort is designed for an intimate group of women. Therefore, seats are limited. Those who are seeking to faithfully steward their talents and minas given by God, and have willingness to seek him in every decision, and move forward despite challenges are welcome but may not be able to attend this cohort due to seat limitations.
There will be other cohorts in January and March of 2027. No children are allowed.
