Philly Dance Share will kick-off our event with a hip hop dance class led by Bee! (details below)
then, enjoy work-in-progress performances (performers announced soon!)
hot tea and snacks will be available throughout the afternoon.
this is a child-friendly event with a kids corner including puzzles, coloring, and games (children must be supervised)

Dance Class Description:
Throwing it Back with Bee!
in this beginner-friendly hip hop class, we will break down the basics to some early 2000s block bangers, find our confidence across the floor and end with a combination you can break out on a dance floor near you! I hope you're ready to get sweaty and shake what your momma gave ya.
Bee Johnson is a performing artist specializing in hip hop, modern and country line dance. Based in Philadelphia, Bee is an organizer with Philly Dance Share and a vibrant member of the queer and trans community in the city. They love to play around with the basics of each style to create a welcoming and energizing environment where dancers, movers and everyone in between feel sweaty and accomplished at the end of each class.
