Join Yoga Social for a magical Winter Solstice Candlelight Yoga & Sound Bath at the historic VFW Post 1 in Denver's Santa Fe Arts District, featuring an immersive sound bath by Christina Ifurung of Kapwa Healing and a live DJ set by CMC.
The Winter Solstice marks the longest night and shortest day of the year in the Northern Hemisphere, symbolizing the return of the light and the opportunity for transformation, rebirth, and fresh beginnings.
Surrounded by the warm glow of candlelight, soothing sound vibrations, and uplifting music, this special evening invites you to slow down, reflect on the past year, release what no longer serves you, and set meaningful intentions for the season ahead.

After class, stay and socialize at our Build-Your-Own Tea Bar, sponsored by Mystical Potions. Explore a collection of aromatic herbs, flowers, and botanicals to create a personalized loose-leaf tea blend inspired by your intentions for the winter season. Tea blends are sold separately.

The Winter Solstice encourages us to turn inward, acknowledge the lessons of the past year, and create space for new beginnings. Through guided intention setting, you'll be invited to reflect on what you're ready to release and what you'd like to welcome into your life.
🎶 Immersive Sound Bath by Kapwa Healing | 6:45 PM
Allow Christina Ifurung of Kapwa Healing to guide you through a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and other soothing instruments.
As you rest comfortably, let the gentle vibrations and resonant sounds wash over you, encouraging deep relaxation, mindfulness, and inner stillness.
This peaceful experience offers an opportunity to slow down, release the stress of the holiday season, and reconnect with your inner calm.
🧘 Candlelight Yoga for All Levels | 7:20 PM
Ease into a gentle, beginner-friendly yoga flow designed to awaken your body, connect with your breath, and create a sense of balance.
Surrounded by candlelight, we'll focus on mindful movement, breathwork, gentle stretching, and releasing physical tension as we prepare to welcome the returning light.

🍵 Build-Your-Own Tea Bar by Mystical Potions
After class, explore a curated selection of herbs, flowers, and botanicals to create your own personalized loose-leaf tea blend.
Whether you're drawn to warming citrus, soothing florals, or refreshing herbal blends, create a tea inspired by your intentions for the season ahead.
Tea blends are available for purchase separately and are not included with your yoga donation.

- Yoga mat (rentals available for $5)

Please arrive by 6:15 PM to check in, get comfortable, and settle into the space before we begin.
All bodies and experience levels are welcome. No previous yoga or sound bath experience is necessary!
