During the blooming class
In this blooming class we offer ideas and exercises on how to deal well with conflict. We often disagree. That's inevitable when people are different from each other. We disagree with our partner. With our boss. With someone's political views. How can we handle that in a good way?
What are we exploring?
In a disagreement, we're not looking for who's right, but for what helps us move forward. Understanding matters more than winning.
With theories from insights of philosopher and psychoanalyst Peter Rollins, we take a closer look at our usual reactions and discover surprising alternatives. And we also make it practical with Kim Scott's ideas from the workplace, we offer tools to respond in a way that's both connecting and honest.
