About this Event
This Vinyasa Flow class begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by flowing sequences, standing poses, balance work, a peak pose, and a relaxing cool-down, ending in Savasana. Designed to build strength in both body and mind, the class incorporates balancing postures, detoxifying twists, and deep stretches. Within the fluid flow, we pause in key poses for 3–5 breaths, giving you time to ground, breathe, adjust, deepen, and fully experience each posture.

🧘🏽♀️ What to bring: Feel free to bring your own mat, but if you don't have one, no worries — we have spare mats available. All other props are prepared for you, so just come as you are.
🧘🏽♀️ Arrival & timing: Our doors open 15 minutes before class — please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early so you can settle in, set up your mat, and get into a calm headspace.
Our doors close 3 minutes before class starts so we can begin on time and keep the space calm. As I'm running the class on my own, I may not be able to reopen the door until class finishes — arriving a few minutes early really helps the practice flow smoothly.
🏠The studio is opposite Worthing Assembly Hall. When you arrive, come into the building and go through the door on your left. Walk to the end of the corridor, where you’ll find two doors. The yoga class is in the room on the left.
