To mark International Women’s Day 2026 and this year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” we are inviting women to do something powerful & invest in themselves. Because when women give to themselves and their health/knowledge/confidence then families, workplaces and communities all thrive.

Vibrant Voices is an evening summit designed to equip, empower and connect women in midlife and beyond with practical, evidence-based education and real lived experience.

This is more than a conversation about menopause. It is about reclaiming power, advocating for better care, protecting long-term health and thriving at work and in life.

What You Will Gain

• Clinician-led, practical menopause, mental health and cardiovascular health knowledge
• Confidence to advocate for your menopause care and overall health
• Tools and strategies to thrive at work through menopause
• Inspiration from real women’s lived experiences
• Community, connection and a supportive space to be heard...plus some great food!
