Info: Guests are invited into the space to settle in through soft music, grounding teas, and intentional connection. This opening window offers time to arrive, mingle, and gently transition into the evening’s embodied experience.

Info: We begin in circle with introductions, intention setting, and guided conversation exploring the sacral chakra, energetic locks (bandhas), and the relationship between movement, sensuality, and self-expression. Reflective prompts will invite deeper inner awareness.

Info: Participants will be guided through a signature mobility and flexibility practice inspired by Talia Sutra’s method, with a focus on spinal opening, heart expansion, and safe backbend technique. Designed to awaken energy, increase confidence, and prepare the body for fluid movement.

Info: We transition into a sensual movement experience blending somatics, feminine embodiment, and guided choreography. This practice invites participants to move with softness, confidence, and creative freedom while embodying the energy of Venus.
