Join us for a restorative evening of sound healing in the heart of Chestnut Hill to bring in the winter season in the community. Feel the vibrations of both Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls radiate throughout your body as you regulate, ground, and recenter into your body. The vibrations of the sound bowls resonate with the body at a cellular level, helping to promote relaxation and restore balance in the physical, emotional, and spiritual realms. Whether you are new to sound healing or not, you are invited to put on your coziest sweatpants, bring a yoga mat, a pillow and settle into a comforting experience. Together, we will create a space for relaxation, reflection, and collective well-being. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to mind, body, and spirit.
This event should be about an hour: 15-20 minutes to settle, 40 minutes of sound and some time to chill and reflect after if desired, 10-15 minutes tohold some space after for those who need it.
