About this Event
Unspoken Leadership Lessons is an in-person event for attendees interested in leadership.
Some of the most useful career lessons rarely appear on a résumé, conference stage, or leadership slide deck.
The Insight Institute: Unspoken Leadership Lessons brings together a small group of managers, founders, operators, and experienced professionals for an evening built around candid stories, thoughtful questions, and structured peer conversation.
The program moves through four stages:
LISTEN - hear two short first-person leadership stories.
QUESTION - examine the assumptions behind those stories through a guided fishbowl.
REFLECT - discuss leadership and career decisions in small Insight Circles.
CONNECT - continue the conversation over seasonal food and warm non-alcoholic beverages.
This is not a motivational seminar, recruiting event, coaching session, or sales mixer.
Speakers are invited to share real professional lessons without promising that their experience will apply to every attendee.
